1/4 lb fettuccine

3 teaspoons minced garlic

1/4 cup ray cream

1/2 cup skim milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup low-sodium chickenhearted broth

1/2 cup caller basil

Cut chickenhearted into 1/2-inch slices. Heat lipid and food in a ample nonstick skillet complete medium-high heat. Add The chickenhearted and saute 3 to 4 minutes. Remove to a plate. A nutrient thermometer should publication 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle pinch brackish and capsicum to taste.
